PRICING:

10X10 Standard Booths are $150 each if paid 1 week prior to the show, $175 if less than 1 week prior to the show or $200 at the show.

10X10 Corner Booths are $175 each if paid 1 week prior to the show, $200 if less than 1 week prior to the show or $225 at the show.

Booth reservations will be taken in the order online applications are received with payment.

INCLUDED:

Standard 10X10 booths include: one 8' table, a chair, electrical power, Internet via Wi-Fi and admission for the exhibiting staff.

Corner 10X10 booths include all of the above plus an extra 8 foot table.

Pipe and drape are not included.

CHECK IN / MOVE OUT TIMES:

SPECIAL COMMENTS:

1. Fork lift assistance is not available.  We suggest bringing a hand truck or some type of dolly for loading and unloading.  No dolly carts are available from West Coast Expos, Inc.

2. Exhibitor parking is free.

3. If you need to ship your exhibit or product to the show, please ship it to the facility, c/o LA Computer Fair, to arrive on the first move in day only, which is Friday before the show. The facility cannot store items prior to Friday before the show.

THINGS TO REMEMBER:

Exhibitors must check in by 9:00am on the day of the event or the booth may be reassigned.

50 foot, 14 gauge or larger electrical extension cord.

Fire resistant table coverings.  Our tables are undraped. 

Please do not apply tape or staples to the curtains, poles or other West Coast Expos, Inc. property. 

Exhibitors are responsible for, and will be charged for any property damage.

No vehicular access is allowed to the loading zones until the show is closed public. 

The exact access time is dependent on attendee traffic and will be determined at the close of the show by the show manager. 

Any vehicle parked in the loading zones surrounding the building prior to 5pm on the last day of the event is subject to immediate towing.
