1. The show will be at the Brookhurst Community Center, 2271 W. Crescent Ave., Anaheim, CA 92801.
2. Exhibitor move-in is Saturday from 7 AM to 10:00 AM.
3. Please keep in mind that we are obligated to vacate the building by 5 PM on Saturday. Failure to comply with this condition will result in charges being passed on to offending exhibitor(s).
4. Saturday night move-out begins at 5:00 PM.
5. At this facility we are required to leave the room as clean as it was when we moved in. To keep booth prices low, please help us by throwing away your trash at the end of the show.

IMPORTANT CONSIDERATIONS:
a. We strongly suggest you have at lease one person for each 10 foot of isle exposure to watch for theft. In other words, if you have a standard 10X10 booth, one person is sufficient but if it's a 10X10 corner booth you should have two people
b. We strongly suggest that you use a cash register or similar device of a substantial size for your cash receipts. Small cash boxes are easy targets for theft during and immediately following the show.
c. All exhibitors are required by the State of California to have a valid resale permit. The name of your business as it appears on your resale permit is the name you must use to register in the show and all sales transactions taking place during the show must be accompanied by a receipt that identifies the exhibitor by that same name.
d. If you are going to be arriving late to your booth on Saturday morning we advise you to contact the show manager at 408-205-6365. We cannot guarantee vehicular access to the exhibit hall but we will endeavor to have a booth ready for your arrival.
